Shipping Policy

We use professional fulfillment centers that ship more than 3 million orders successfully each year. To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your order to the fulfillment center that is closest to you! *Some items will be shipped separately. If there is any additional shipping fee, you will see and pay for it during your checkout. As soon as your order is received, the fulfillment process begins.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, some fulfillment times and deliveries may be delayed. Please check this page periodically for updates.

All orders are now going out within 7-14 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in Latvia, The United States, and Mexico.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  • U, V–Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City

3. EFTA STATES

  • Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland

6. WORLDWIDE

  • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as we do not ship to these destinations.
